Each team must pay a deposit to register for the event. The final balance will be payable in CASH only at the time of signing on.

HOW THE EVENT WILL RUN
8:30AM SIGNING ON
Each team member must report to the signing on desk and hand in their signed indemnity & scrutineering forms, the Team Captian must pay the final balance of the entry fee where upon the team transponder will be issued. This transponder will need to be used on each of the teams bikes to record their position in the race and the number of laps they have completed etc. You will need a Tag Heure RC transponder holder attached to each bike to enable the transponder to be easily removed and fitted during the pitstops procedure. Spare holders will be available on the day at £5 each
9:30 RIDERS BREIFING
Each team member must report to the riders breifing to make sure any alterations to the schedule are understood.
10:00 MINI MOTO QUALIFYING PRACTICE
The pitlane will open and remain open for 30MINS, during this time each team member must post a time. The fastest overall time set by the team will be used to determin their start postion.
10:30 PIT BIKE QUALIFYING PRACTICE
The pitlane will open and remain open for 1 HOUR, during this time each team member must post a time. The fastest overall time set by the team will be used to determin their start postion.
11:30 MINI MOTO RACE - FORM UP ON EDGE OF TRACK IN START POSTIONS (1HR 30 RACE)
Each team will be called forward one by one to take up their start position. One team member only must hold the bike in position, the designated start rider will form up directly oposite the bike on the otherside of the track with their race attire on. At the drop of the flag the start rider must run to their team bike and start it, it MUST NOT be started by the team member holding the bike.
13:00 - FORM UP ON EDGE OF TRACK IN START POSTIONS (4 HOUR RACE)
Each team will be called forward one by one to take up their start position. One team member only must hold the bike in position, the designated start rider will form up directly oposite the bike on the otherside of the track with their race attire on. At the drop of the flag the start rider must run to their team bike and start it, it MUST NOT be started by the team member holding the bike.
PIT STOPS
It is upto each team to decide when they make a pit stop / rider / bike change. On entering the pitlane the rider must stop at the tape marker turn off their machine and push it to the designated change over / refueling area. Once in this area the bike can then either be refueled for the next session or if swapping bikes the transponder must be removed from the first bike and fitted into the holder on the next bike. The next rider must then push the bike out of the holding area and once over the exit tape can start the bike ready to rejoin the race. Failure to stop at the tape mark or turn off the engine or restart the engine before the 2nd tape mark will result in a 5 lap penalty to the offending team.
PIT LANE SAFETY
ONLY 2 team members can enter the Gated Pitlane area at any given time, ALL spectators must remain OUTSIDE of the gated areas at ALL TIMES.
17:00 RACE END
At the chequered flag the Teams who have completed the most amount of laps within their class and overall will be the winners.
1st , 2nd & 3rd place Trophies will be presented for each class and also for the overall MINI MOTO / PITBIKE event.

If you are running several bikes and one is an open class bike you will be classified as in the Open Class. Ie the Class of your highest spec bike used.
